Terms and Conditions for Prison Package Delivery in Georgia

1. Package Delivery:
- If we don't have specific items in stock, we may substitute them with similar brands or alternatives.

2. Notification of Inmate Transfer:
- To avoid any additional charges, please inform us if the inmate you are sending the package to is being transferred to another prison.
- If we are not notified of the transfer in advance, there may be a shipping fee for redirecting the package to the new location.

3. Risk and Title:
- The responsibility for the packages and ownership of the items ordered on our website transfer to you once the shipping carrier receives the package.
- This means that any loss or damage to the package after it is shipped is no longer our responsibility.

4. Prison Rules and Regulations:
- Please be aware that each prison may have its own rules and regulations regarding the items that can be included in packages.
- It is important to stay informed about the specific rules of the prison where your loved one is incarcerated.
- To get the most up-to-date information on package regulations, we recommend checking with your local chaplain.

5. Visitation & Financial Approval Process:
-Before ordering a package, please ensure that you are on the inmate's visitation list and financials or your order may not be approved by the Georgia Prison System.

6. Pricing Changes:
- Please note that prices for our services and products are subject to change without prior notice.
- While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information, unforeseen circumstances may require us to adjust prices.
- Therefore, it is important to check the current prices before placing an order to ensure that you have the most accurate information regarding costs.

6. Package Forms:
-To ensure successful delivery, please remember to provide us with proof of the filled-out form for verification. Keep in mind that without verifiable proof of the completed form, refunds cannot be processed for any issues arising after shipment.

Prison Orders Questions & Answers

Q: How long does it take for my package to arrive?
A: Packages typically take approximately 4-8 weeks to arrive.

Q: Do you have a catalog with all of your items?
A: Currently, we do not have a catalog, but there may be one in the future.

Q: Can I request to add an item to your catalog?
A: We currently have no plans to add more items at this time.

Q: Do I have to make an account to place an order?
A: No, you do not need an account to place an order.

Q: Why are some items listed as unavailable?
A: During the holiday of Passover, there are specific dietary restrictions, and certain items are available for ordering at that time.

Q: Can I edit an order once it's placed?
A: Currently, we can only refund an item from your order; we do not have a way to add or change items.

Q: When and how can I get a refund?
A: We allow refunds at any time if the order has not yet been shipped. To initiate a refund, please email us with your order number and include the last four digits of the card used for payment for confirmation purposes.

Q: When do I receive a tracking number?
A: You will receive a tracking number via the email you provided when placing the order, once your package is packed and shipped.

Q: Is it true that there are times when I can order a double package?
A: Yes, during the months of March, June, September, and December, you are allowed to order two 15lb packages.

Q: What is the timeframe for reporting issues with a package?
A: Any issues with packages are reported to us within 90 days of the package's delivery date. After this timeframe, we won't be able to provide refunds or address related concerns.

Q: What prisons require an extra form to receive your packages, and how should I handle this requirement?
A: Long Unit, Riverbend, Coastal, Augusta Medical and Smith State Prison are among those that need an extra form completed by the inmate and signed by the Unit Manager. To ensure successful delivery, please remember to provide us with a copy of the filled-out form for verification. Keep in mind that without verifiable proof of the completed form, refunds cannot be processed for any issues arising after shipment.
